With the events from January 6th still fresh in my mind, I decided to change the topic for this blog.
The new topic is not about dating or women.
But it IS about love.
Not necessarily toward a girlfriend, wife or partner.
But directed toward anyone or thing.
Watching the attack on the Capitol on TV filled with me anger.
And you know what?
I didn’t want to feel that way.
I wanted to feel something positive.
I chose love.
So I told someone close to me I loved them and I focused on how lucky I was to have her in my life.
I refuse to let events outside my control dictate how I feel.
So I changed how I felt.
How ‘bout you?
If you’re feeling angry, frustrated, isolated – you can change it.
With an act of love.
Do something nice for someone.
Tell someone you love them.
Or do something nice for yourself!
An act of love is all it takes to restore meaning in a world that is becoming scarier and more unpredictable by the day.
