Sounds simple, right? Just relax when you’re stressed and you’ll be better able to handle challenging situations.
But most of us don’t know how.
We’ve found other things like food, TV, social media, booze – you name it – to be our relaxation agents.
We unconsciously turn to them when we’re overwhelmed and we never develop our own ability to relax on our own.
But you can.
Why is this important in the context of meeting women?
Because there are few things more intimidating than talking to a woman you don’t know.
If you want to get good at it, you’ll need to be able to calm yourself during an approach.
But like anything else, it takes practice.
The good news is the practice is easy.
All it takes is 5 minutes a day of breathing.
Deep breathing oxygenates your blood which automatically sends a signal to your body to relax.
I use the 3:6:5 method.
Breathe in through your nose for 3 seconds.
Hold the breath for 6 seconds.
Breathe out through your mouth for 5 seconds.
Do 10 reps.
Do this every morning and you’ll feel energized and relaxed to start your day.
The daily repetition will also ingrain it as a habit so it will be easily accessible when you approach a woman.
